This is a ready to use Excel spreadsheet based APR Calculator model. This calculator can be used to calculate Annual Percentage Rate of a loan or mortgage. One needs to enter the loan amount, monthly payment, tenure of loan and all front end costs (like admin, legal charges, points etc.) and the model calculates the effective annualized cost of the loan - on IRR basis - by factoring in up front costs and time value of all cash flows.
